Trainer like Razak bhai, ajay bhai and others are kind and supportive .... good atmosphere rather more encouraging to be precise...Equipments and Infrastructure are well in condition....
I lost 10+ kg weight under guidance of Razakbhai, that too within 2 month approximately.
The suggestion I can add is they can guide us on diet plan...I mean can distribute Proper "Diet Plan", of 4 time meal, so that it can be really useful under thier guidance....
Still its perfect to join for any fitness enthusiasts, after observing all aspect....
