My Gym

I came to India from Australia for a month and decided to join a gym named "My Gym 2.0" here in Godhra & I'm so glad I made that decision. This gym is owned by Dhiraj Malhotra. I'd like to give special recognition to Dhiraj who I genuinely call a "LEGEND" because of the profound impact he's had on my fitness journey in such a small amount of time. Dhiraj has helped me significantly improve my muscle strength and endurance. What stands out most about him is his dedication. He basically pours his heart and soul into his work and his deep knowledge of fitness and training makes every session incredibly effective. Dhiraj and his team tailor workouts to meet individual needs, ensuring that everyone progresses at their own pace while pushing their limits. They motivate their clients to go beyond their comfort zone and truly achieve their best selves. A special mention to Dev "the Devil" for his incredibly effective stretching exercises post-workout. Without them I wouldn't have been able to recover so quickly. One of the most remarkable things about this gym is the vibrant community. The people here have so much fun together, fully engaged in their workouts and always looking forward to their next session. It's clear that Dhiraj and his team has fostered this positive environment for everyone. The energy here is so infectious, and it's rare to see such close engagement between trainers and gym-goers. Having worked out at a gym in Melbourne mostly during non-staff hours, I've never experienced this level of interaction & camaraderie ,even when staff are present. This gym has set a gold standard for me in terms of training, dedication, motivation, friendship & fun. It will be challenging for me to find something like this in Melbourne. My Gym 2.0 has captured a special place in my heart and has truly transformed me as a person. I will always be grateful to Dhiraj and the entire team for their support. It is a very well equipped gym coupled with good trainers.
