I joined this fitness centre a month back and it's the best decision I have taken in my fitness journey. Within a month I am able to see changes in my strength levels. The trainer is excellent. She has good knowledge of strength training, gives proper guidance and creates a holistic workout plan according to your fitness requirements. Most importantly, it gives a safe space for women to workout, something that is essential but often overlooked.
