I've been training here for 2 months, and the experience has been intense and rewarding. Unlike gyms with AC and music, this place has no AC, no music - just a practice arena filled with discipline and sweat. Within minutes of rope jumping warm-up, my T-shirt is soaked, and I realized how demanding real boxing is. Nicholas Sir, a former national-level boxer, teaches basics like rope jumping, stretching, boxing stance, and footwork with great detail. I used to think boxing was only punches, but with proper posture and movement, it's one of the hardest sports I've tried. Training ends with strengthening exercises like push-ups and sit-ups, and though I struggled at first, my stamina, rope jumping, and overall fitness have improved a lot. Sir is strict about discipline and regularity, which has helped me stay consistent. If you're serious about boxing and fitness, this is the right place - no distractions, just hard work and results.
