Im glad that I have joined this gym. The atmosphere is very friendly. The exercises that mam makes us do are perfect as per our age and we can perform them comfortably. The diet is just magical. I never thought I could lose weight but I did it with your diet. You not only make us exercise but you also help us with our health issues and never deny to solve any of our other problems too. A wonderful exercise studio with an experienced gorgeous and motivating instructor. The title step n shape is really apt as one gets to experience workout of huge variety. One who steps in with dedication is surely to get in shape soon. Shweta mam guides the students in the correct direction and personally monitors each and everyone.
