This nest is made of steel, concrete, sweat and thuds of weights dropping at the end of a set. If you plan to be buried with a barbell, a fit body and a smile on your face; it's the right place to be at. Body aches, mobility issues, over weight, underdeveloped version of you should all diminish with proper diet and exercise. Coaches are friendly and learned professionals. Equipment are top notch and well maintained. There's a smith machine, cross cable machine, dumbbell racks, barbells, flat, inclined, reclined benches, machines for all curls and extensions for compound and isolated muscle groups, and all warm up stuff tread mill, step up etc. Overall complete return on investment. Started with this gym around 4 years ago and not intending to join anywhere else. With having very friendly and helpful team of trainers with great knowledge and passion for fitness, this gym is surely in to keep you fit at all the times. Nice, neat, tidy and well cooled environment with Premium and well maintained Equipments that you will miss not visiting this gym every morning once you start here. Highly recommended A+++
