Karamsad Medical Gym

I've been training at Karamsad Medical Gym for a while now, and I must say it's one of the best-equipped and well-maintained gyms in the area. The environment is clean, positive, and highly motivating--perfect for students looking to stay fit amidst a hectic schedule. A special mention goes to Trainer ANKUR SIR, who is truly exceptional. His knowledge of fitness, strength training, and form correction is top-notch. What sets him apart is his personalised attention and the way he tailors workouts based on individual goals

The gym itself is also well-equipped, clean, and has a great atmosphere that keeps you motivated. ANKUR SIR is an excellent trainer who genuinely cares about your progress and motivates you at every step. His workout plans are tailored and effective, and he always explains the right form and technique clearly. I've seen great results under his guidance.

Gym has overall enough equipments. My trainer, Ankur Thakar sir is Professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. Brings out the best in every client. I highly recommend them to anyone serious about reaching their goals.

Gym is fabulous with almost all types equipments. Cardio , Yoga , Weight lifting all areas have individual rooms . Dietician and Nutritionist have great knowledge for your diet. Trainers are experienced and expert too. Their behaviour is too good towards you. Sanjay Yadav Sir is head here for everything and is easily available and good in nature as well. I am being trained under Ankur Sir as I was recommended by my friends who are regular here for a long period of time. Well maintained and hygiene enough to workout here. Changing room with lockers are available too. Badminton court is available to play and small food court is available too for your snacks , juice and protein shakes too. I would recommend to join those are finding a great gym here in Karamsad.

Nice friendly trainers, good equipments, nice mixture of medicos and well to do gym attendees. Affordable prices and yearly memberships with group discounts.

It's a nice place.....quite a lot of instruments but not what I would call a high end place......the flooring is wooden and there's an aerobics room too....with balls and all that stuff....there are sufficient number of trainers and physiotherapists on site too....a good place....the fee is not cheap but not exorbitant either....
