Astroyoga & Physiotherapy Clinic

This was my first time ever attending yoga class and I feel Astroyoga truly stood out . The instructors pay close attention to form and breath. The music they use for meditation , the flow and the overall energy make this place a perfect escape from a busy day. I have been attending for a few months now and I can feel improvements in my flexibility , posture and overall mood. Also, they celebrate all the festivals together and create such a beautiful sense of community.It truly feels like being part of a family while taking care of mind and body. I would highly recommend this place to both practitioners and beginners.

I started working with Kshama a few months ago, and I can confidently say she is incredibly talented. When I began, I felt quite weak, but through her effective strength training sessions, I've noticed a significant improvement. I now feel much stronger, more energetic throughout the day, and I genuinely look forward to each session. Her guidance has made a big difference in how I feel both physically and mentally.

I join astroyoga in 2023 January, I was very happy & satisfied with way they teach us . They always add new variation in yoga . After 1.5 year break I join again in 2025 . This time u learn more new variation in vinyasa. I fill energetic after every day session. My health issues gone within 3 months . At this age 40 , women's need yoga , so they can fit there body . Astro Yoga has changed my life. Highly Recommended it to anyone thinking about it. I am doing Yoga from USA through WhatsApp 5-6 days a week. I tried a few classes in person while in India visiting Family & Friends. Loved the class so much, I signed up to do it over WhatsApp and it works amazingly great. Dr Kshama and her staff are very professional and understanding. Me being new to Yoga they let me do it at my speed in the beginning and after 6 weeks feeling so much more energetic and peach with myself. The added meditation is great too that goes hand in hand with Yoga. Try the class for 3-4 days and you will be hooked, promise from the comfort of your home. It's an unbeatable experience. I m very grateful to astrology team, especially Kshama and Dipika mam. The one hour yoga gives me the inner healing and pleasure to work the whole day with easy. I have experienced a lot of change in myself, my thoughts and my thinking and seeing everything as oneness. The prayer, the warm up exercise, then everyday a new section and end with a relaxing meditation is wonderful. I also enjoy with new friends and it's really very nice n holistic. Writing this review with my progress report, after my 3 months of Yoga and 1 month of personal PT. I'm an IT professional with a high pressure work style and due to the stressful work style I was facing continuous headache and when I took WFH and came back to Gujarat, I also noticed my weight gain due to my messed up schedule. I explored almost everything(Gym, Pilates, etc) but it didn't make sense to me. Then, I met yoga guru Deepika Aunty and she advised me to join for one month and see what changes yoga brings to my life(no false promises, no marketing) -- fast forward, visible changes in my report. My focus has always been more muscle, less fat with slow movements and not aggressive workout, that calms my nervous system and lowers my cortisol level. And it's already started. 1. I'm doing yoga right now under the instruction of Deepika Aunty, which has become an essential part of my life now. She also advised me on a healthy diet which I'm following right now. 2. My strength training -- my personal plan was designed by Dr. Kshama, and she gave me the knowledge and instructions I actually needed in my journey of becoming healthy again. Strength training and Cardio alternative days along with yoga. Slow yet effective and no roller-coaster ride of cortisol level. 3. Once my plan got designed, I'm under training by Dr. Jeel, for strength training, I loved how she understood each of my muscles, answered my all questions (even the silly questions) and kept motivating me whenever I was doing something wrong/not able to lift to grow my muscles. The result in the report is visible. 4. For my cardio, I was assigned to Dr. Devja, A doc who always tracked my calories, my reps with accuracy and how to make the best out of those alternative cardio days. I must say -- It's not a typical yoga center or physiotherapy clinic, it's a complete wellness center led by experts. I'm happy to see my results in just one month, and looking forward to seeing more improvement in this report.
