This place is a government building managed by the municipal corporation of the city. The location is very good since it is near the centre of the town. The infrastructure of the building was not good previously but after renovation, the aura of the building has increased. It consists of various indoor sports like table tennis, badminton, etc.. Also, the main attraction is the recently opened gym with nominal price and good equipments. Also, the building is at the end of cricket ground which provides opportunities for outdoor games too.
