VSHRED The Gym

I recently joined this gym and I'm really impressed with the overall experience. The place is always kept very clean and well-maintained, which makes working out comfortable. They have a good range of equipment, so whether you're into strength training, cardio, or functional workouts, you'll find what you need. The staff here is another big plus--they're friendly, approachable, and very knowledgeable. They're always ready to guide you with proper techniques or help you with your fitness plan. For anyone living in Maninagar, this gym is definitely a great option. It's convenient, well-equipped, and has a positive atmosphere that motivates you to keep coming back.

I am also the member of the gym, the gym is good , clean in a manner , equipment are also good and well maintained , As people look for the more bad than good here are the list of few points which can be improved for good atmosphere and goodwill of the gym; (1) Staff needs to be friendly not only with PT and with those who they know throughout the time , be there not only standing but also helping (2) Vantilation needs to be upgraded in the summer during the day or noon or even at night Vantilation is not sufficient it feels hot and sweaty as more members are joining (f.y.i ac duck are not in well condition, broken not giving flow in required directon) as i am active member i have observed this from very first day and if you want i can upload the pics as well as i read your newer comments that vantilation or ac in good condition (3) More members are joining this gym the area and the vantilation is not sufficient for members (4) Need to add more equipment for chest workout, biceps workout and other body part as well If management updates this then this gym will be the IRON MAN of all the gyms out there in maninagar

I'm currently a member at your gym in Maninagar and would like to share some honest feedback. While the gym has good equipment and facilities, there are two major issues affecting the workout experience: 1. Air Conditioning: During non-peak hours, the AC is often kept off, which makes workouts uncomfortable. Proper ventilation and temperature control are essential, regardless of the time of day. 2. Overcrowding During Peak Hours: The gym becomes extremely crowded during peak times, making it difficult to use equipment or follow a proper routine. It's clear that the capacity is being exceeded. I genuinely suggest either pausing new memberships temporarily or giving a clear disclaimer about peak-hour crowding during registration. Another option could be increasing the membership fee slightly to better manage the crowd and maintain quality. We, as regular members, are okay with paying a bit more if it means a more comfortable and efficient workout environment.

Most of the important part of the gym is how you get the knowledge of the perfect exercise and that you get it from the trainer so i would like to share that this gym trainers are very helpful for the beginners to achieve their goal. And i would like to thank specially Nayan sir and Shiv Chaudhury and Gayatri mam.

I've been going to Vshred for about 5 months, and overall, it's a great gym. The equipment is modern and well-maintained, and there's never a long wait even during peak hours. The staff is friendly and the personal trainers are knowledgeable and supportive. I also really like their group classes, especially the HIIT and spin sessions. My only complaint is that the locker room could be cleaner during busy hours. Still, highly recommended for anyone serious about their fitness goals.

Vshred is the best ever gym in maninagar with great atmosphere and spacious area. All equipments are well maintained & managed by the gym. They have all muscles group machines in their gym & that i like the most. All equipments working properly. They maintain cleanliness in gym as well. All staff is very good with gym members.
