Vala Gym is one of the best fitness centers in Ahmedabad, offering a perfect mix of modern equipment, clean facilities, and a motivating atmosphere. The environment is positive, energetic, and inspiring, making every workout session enjoyable. Overall, Vala Gym truly stands out for its quality, professionalism, and results-driven approach.

Even after renovation (around July Aug 2025), the gym management is failing to deliver the top quality equipment and service. First, the management never communicated with their members on WhatsApp group that the renovation is going on and ethically, they should extend the membership of all members. It's surprising to know that membership renewal msg and promotional offers messages can come on WhatsApp but renovation msgs can't be shared by management. Secondly, yesterday (1st September 2025) i was in gym only and found out that the free weight (dumbbells) section is bizzare, unorganised and super conjusted and suffocating as well. They should increse the benches also (jo increase karna chahiye tha wohi nahi kiya). I tell you honestly, machines and equipment abhi bhi sufficient nahi hai gym me (even after renovation). Plus, due to ongoing renovation work, the members have to compromise a lot like climbing up till the door of the gym and then facing the arrogance of gym staff and the renovation agency and then climb down and come from other side to the gym. Kal mere saamne hi ek member ko sirf 2 kadam (2 steps) ke liye, pura building ghum kar aane ko bola gym staff and renovation agency ne. Is se achchha aap renovation na karvaate to better tha gym, bhale ownership change kar lete. I might not renew my membership.

A really nice place for fitness. The environment is nice and the coaches are really helpful.

Overall the gym facilities is quite good and additionally there are trainers and different sessions each morning. You can take part in the sessions to do different type of exercise led by a mentor or you can do whatever you like using the modern equipments. If any questions, the trainers will help you. One drawback I found that some of the trainers are reluctant to help, a little less unprofessional. Another things is that they do not really track or care whether you have received proper guidance or not, or whether you have make your body chart ...you have to enquire by yourself. However, for a year long membership the price is budget friendly.

One of the finest gym with ample of space. Worked out here for 2 years. Separate section for weight section. They have all sort of equipments which you might not find in other gyms. They have branches in Ahmedabad.

It's worst gym I have gone .. when you enter that time they convince you about how they give you trannig and all... once you enroll and come first day they don't care ... trainers are busy to make their own body no body care .... Because I told them I need training but no one care ...so pls don't go this gym

To boost my immunity, resistance and strengthening of bones and muscles ,since 2 yrs working out in vala's gym. Got very good results due to punctuality of regular work out, and of course 100% co- operation and guidance of coach jigar & jatin sir very much helpful
