Lack of Support from Trainers: The trainers are not providing adequate guidance or support during workouts, which affects the overall experience and progress for members.
Cleanliness: The gym is not being maintained properly in terms of cleanliness. Equipment and workout areas are often unclean, which raises hygiene concerns.
Poor Ventilation: There is very limited or no ventilation, making the environment uncomfortable and potentially unhealthy, especially during peak hours.
I hope these issues can be addressed soon, as they impact the quality of service and member satisfaction.

The equipments are mostly wrecked and misaligned. In the weights section too, the dumbles are not proper, loose from one side, the benches for exercise are misaligned too. And we you'll go to complain, they'll have a ready made answer, that gym will get renovate soon.

Despite the hot and humid conditions, the air conditioning and fans are frequently left off, making it extremely uncomfortable to work out. Additionally, the lights are often not turned on, creating a dim and unsafe environment. This lack of basic amenities affects the overall experience and poses health and safety concerns for members.

I had a terrible experience at the gym due to poor ventilation. The air conditioning was either not working or set too low, making the entire space feel extremely hot and uncomfortable. To make things worse, none of the fans were turned on, leaving the air stagnant and suffocating. As I started my workout, I quickly began sweating excessively, feeling drained much earlier than usual. The lack of proper airflow made it difficult to focus, and my energy levels dropped significantly. A gym should provide a comfortable environment for exercise, but this situation was far from ideal. Proper air circulation is essential for a good workout experience, and I hope the management takes this issue seriously.

Gym is nice and Trainer is very good. If we are doing anything wrong then he immediately comes and corrects us. But noon and evening batches are very irregular. If there are minimal persons in batch then they don't arrange batches.3 star for irregular batches otherwise it's good.
