Aapko khudse workout karna hoga agar aap beginner ho toh bhi trainer aapko ache se workout nahi batayenge
Trainers bar bar PT hi lene ko bolenge aap workout puchoge toh bolenge GT me allow ni h workout batana
Owner is very miser they don't even turn on AC or Fan and the song which they play in gym is very bullshit
Don't go there
No proper trainer Zumba yoga or aerobics
You've to do workout on your own no one will help you out whether you're doing it wrong or right.
