SFW THE GYM | Bopal, Ahmedabad

Value for money, but the staff are very rude , if ur asking for any work out which is mentioned in your workout plan ( which is same for muscle gaining and weight losing) than they reply with "usme kya he voto ana chahiye " and if you are beginner kindly pls don't goes to sfw "bopal", yes if you are mediator level gym buddy than you should go but your expectations from trainer is tends to "zero", they are busy with there "PT members", if you dont buy PT than they were reacting like you are there enemy and they are reacting like whatever you can do , and if you are doing wrong posture they are react with u need to buy PT than I will learn right posture otherwise you can go with your youtube or reel posture , completely bed experience ever , I was doing gym "Avenger"(also located in bopal)before sfw bopal and i didn't buy PT there but there trainers are tooo much helpful they didn't care u buy PT or not they give you proper instructions at least one time but sfw is the wrist ever in trainer form literally wrost experience avere , If you are biginer and thinking about joining gym than pls don't come to sfw bopal , is overcrowded also +Ve Helpful crowd Good equipment Have space Bmi -ve Over crowding Very wrost trainers in behaviour (if u didn't buy PT)

I've been a member for over five months now, and I can confidently say that it's no surprise this gym is part of the largest fitness chain in Gujarat. The quality of both the facility and the staff speaks volumes. * Well-Maintained Equipment: The gym is equipped with top-notch machines that are consistently well-maintained, ensuring a smooth and effective workout experience. * Warm and Caring Staff: The staff's friendly demeanor and willingness to assist make every visit comfortable. They genuinely care about members' progress and well-being. * Cleanliness & Fresh Environment: The facility is always kept spotless, creating a fresh and hygienic atmosphere that adds to the overall workout experience. * Ample Parking Facility: The convenience of having a dedicated parking area ensures that members don't have to worry about finding a spot, making the entire visit hassle-free. This gym sets a high standard for fitness centers, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comprehensive and enjoyable fitness experience.

This gym is a complete disappointment. The staff is unfriendly, arrogant, and too busy showing off their own attitude to care about members. There are only two trainers, and if you haven't paid for personal training, they won't bother to guide you at all. The equipment is limited, outdated, and often in use because there just isn't enough for everyone. Overall, not worth the money or the frustration.

Giving me so much trouble to cancel my membership so that they can charge me the next month payment yet I have been 10 years of VIP membership. Just horrible gym! Full of bad attitude staffs including the managers. Unprofessional at it's finest. Better spend your money in other gyms.

I took dedicated training sessions here for body recomposition and weight loss from Jay Rajput for 3 months. The overall experience was awesome! The gym has a great ambience and is well-maintained. Highly recommended

This is a go to gym in whichever area you live , there you can find SFW Gym and its atmosphere is positive plus all the staff and Trainers are polite and supportive, it's the best gym I've ever been

Sfw the gym @Bopal is the best gym in Bopal. Gym atmosphere is best for workout and trainer are also best. Here they make us to do so many activities like yoga,Zumba,360,floor workout and even some festival celebrations like garba etc. If u talk about my experience I have never seen such a gym especially in this package .
