I purchased a yearly gym subscription, but now they're asking for additional payment due to a franchise change--and they're refusing to refund my money. It's incredibly disappointing. If this is how gyms operate, it makes me reconsider investing in such memberships.

Pathetic experience. Paid full year membership fee in the first week of June and on 12th June, I got to know by them that Reform owner has shutdown their business and it has been taken over by Vala's GYM. And they are asking for extra money to continue the gym otherwise they will not allow us to enter the gym.

The gym has excellent facilities with well-maintained equipment, creating a great workout environment. The trainers are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist. Since joining a month ago, I have received continuous support in achieving my fitness goals. Akash Sir, in particular, is extremely helpful, always guiding me to correct my form and motivating me to improve. His constant encouragement makes my fitness journey even more effective and enjoyable.

The location and facilities are good. However, the gym tends to get overcrowded because they occasionally reduce the entry fees significantly, attracting a large number of people. During summer, it becomes difficult to use the gym as the air conditioning doesn't function properly, and the crowd makes it even more uncomfortable. Additionally, you often have to wait in line to use the machines.
