NQF is located in Shangrila Arcade which has quite a few other fitness centres too. While I was asking directions for another fitness class the person next to me in the elevator drew my attention to NQF. I was intrigued...I looked it up on Instagram and then called the contact. Luckily , I got to talk to Neha who guided me for a beginners trial class. From the first day I have been hooked to Neha's class. The variation in a one hour workout is unparalleled. From step workout, to stretches to strength training and fun workout challenges we do it all. Neha's personal care, eye for detail, motivating messages are amazing. She has built a good group of like minded fitness enthusiasts who cheer each other up and there is always fun banter on during the workout. On the whole I look forward to going to her class everyday . My fitness has improved substantially in the short span of four months that I have joined. I definitely recommend NQF to everyone who is looking for a complete fitness destination

With NQF group class & personal training sessions I never hesitated about showing up, and crucially for me, I never checked the clock during each session. MasterTrainer - Neha Sheth Mehta (NSM) really takes the time to build a strong rapport with all of her members and gets to know them and their goals. The Team of Trainers is incredibly supportive, but you work hard. NSM tailors every session, so it never gets boring and the chat and banter makes it fly by. For me, the 2, hour long sessions everyday has not only helped me to achieve my goal, but helped to alleviate stress and anxiety. I never thought I'd say this, but I've fallen in love with working out, and it's all thanks to my first gym - NQF. I wasn't really into fitness before, but this place completely changed my mind. From the moment I walked in, I loved the vibe of the studio. The people are amazing - everyone is so warm and welcoming. The coaches and the group workouts are the perfect combination of motivation and support. They push you just the right amount to keep you making progress without feeling overwhelmed. Best choice i have made training at Nugen Quantum Fit. Neha mam and her team of trainers are very helpful and really care to go above and beyond to help achieve your goals.They make you feel really comfortable. I enjoy amazing workouts here. It's been almost a year now and i am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body . Very good facilities, well maintained equipments and friendly environment. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a life changing fitness experience and to get in shape !!

This is possibly one of the best personal training fitness studios in Ahmedabad. I have been training with Abhishek at NQF for the last 2 years and I absolutely love all my training sessions with him. He's very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition, and overall healthy lifestyle! He understands your training goals and tailors all sessions so you get the most out of your workout.
