Hey everyone! I wanted to take a moment to say goodbye, as I'll be transferring to Mumbai and won't be able to join you at the class anymore. It has been such a wonderful experience connecting with all of you, sharing workouts, and motivating each other. I'll miss our sessions and the great bond we built. Special thanks to @Richa Neha Fitness Ahmedabad Trainer who has really helped me gradually toning up my body which I couldn't see during workout days but post that I realised. Have lost 3-4 kgs with it. My goal is almost completed. Wishing you all the best on your fitness journeys! Keep pushing those limits! Neha's Fitness studio....a popular and superb workout studio ... The way they teach..the workout they plan....one never gets bored... Its been just one and half month i joined the studio....but am very much satisfied nd highly recommend to join it.... I have been going to Neha's Fitness Studio (NFS) for about a year now and every day have been enjoying it as there is always a novelty factor in every session. I don't like to miss any session as I am fond of step and floor aerobics choreography of NFS. NFS's sessions are very unique. You won't get repetition in choreography or exercises. Their sessions are preplanned and well researched as per the scientific standards of exercises. Special thanks to Manushi Shah, my fitness trainer. She is one of the most dedicated person I have seen. An amazing and enthusiastic young girl who is very much concerned for the health of each of the member in the class. She makes sure that the postures are perfect and everyone completes the exercises. I am gratified to have discovered this Fitness Studio and I wish I would have found it earlier. I have been looking for a 6 am batch and couldn't find it; but Neha's Fitness had one which allowed me to balance my work and fitness life perfectly. NFS is my most favourite place. Thank you NFS and dear Manushi.

I started my fitness journey with hesitation, unsure if I could commit to the gym every day. But thanks to my trainer, Manushi, I now look forward to every session! She is an amazing trainer who truly understands how to keep workouts engaging and effective. In just three months, I've experienced significant weight loss and, more importantly, a huge improvement in my overall health. I had several health issues, and with the right diet and exercise under her guidance, almost 80% of them have been resolved. Every day, she introduces something new--different cardio workouts, strength training techniques, and fitness insights--that keep us motivated and excited. Manushi's dedication and training have not only transformed my fitness but have also instilled in me a lifelong commitment to exercise. I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident, all thanks to her! Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, supportive, and inspiring trainer.
