Life Fitness Pro Prahladnagar

Hi Ajay Kadamb, Owner of Life Fitness - I recently joined Life Fitness Gym (Prahladnagar) with high expectations as a first-time gym member, but unfortunately, my experience has been very disappointing. Positive points: The gym is spacious and has all the basic equipment. Cleanliness is maintained. Only a couple of trainers (Ashok and Sandeep) make an effort to guide members. Negative points: Most trainers are only interested in selling personal training packages rather than genuinely guiding members. On the floor, they hardly correct or assist unless you ask, and even then, the response is often unfriendly. The floor manager is dumb completely ineffective -- he neither interacts with members nor guides them. He simply roams around without adding any value. he doesn't even talk with anyone. The admin team is careless. Every small thing (attendance, gym bag, bca reports) has to be repeatedly requested. There is no structured workout plan, no tracking of progress, and no follow-up calls if a member misses a session. Overall, there is a lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic human touch. For a new member like me, it feels frustrating and demotivating. A gym should encourage, guide, and support its members, not just push for personal training sales. I sincerely hope the management (ajay kadamb) takes this feedback seriously and improves the experience for future members.

Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions for my fitness journey. The trainers are highly supportive and knowledgeable, guiding with proper techniques and motivation. The environment is super clean, well-maintained and the equipment is of top quality. I love the positive vibe here - it really pushes me to give my best every day. PLEASE READ before considering this Gym : Be cautious while trusting the reviews here -- most of them are rigged or added under pressure from the trainer himself, who stops acknowledging you once the review is posted. When I started back in Jan 2025, the first day a trainer YOGESH, insisted us to post a review and acted sweet. Once the review was posted, he did not even bother to help us or even say hi while passing by from the next day. PROS : The equipment is fairly new and in good condition Good for you if you live near by, and can go in the afternoon. CONS : DO not trust the reviews. Gym gets extremely crowded in both morning and evening slots. Only consider joining if proximity is your main priority and you don't need any trainer support. Otherwise, not worth the hype.

Great gym with all the necessary equipment and a motivating environment. Special thanks to Nilesh Sir, who is an excellent coach. He gives personal attention, corrects form, and truly cares about your progress. His guidance has made a big difference in my fitness journey. Highly recommended!

I joined this gym as a complete beginner, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my health and fitness. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported. The gym has a great atmosphere--clean, well-maintained, and filled with positive energy. A huge shoutout to the coach Jainam who has been absolutely amazing. As someone new to working out, I had a lot of doubts and hesitation, but the coach was patient, encouraging, and really knowledgeable. They took the time to teach me proper form, guided me through personalized workouts, and always made sure I stayed motivated.
