There's a great variety of equipment, so I never have to wait long, even during peak hours. The trainers specially Chintan Kapadia are knowledgeable and super friendly--they always motivate me and help me perfect my form. The atmosphere is positive and energetic, making workouts something I look forward to instead of dread. I also love the group classes--they're fun, challenging, and perfect for staying motivated.
