Jerai equipment in good condition, maintenance checks are performed regularly, the cleaning staff maintains the cleanliness daily, the gym is 24 hours open hence you can go to the gym at any time of your convenience. But the best part is guidance. You get professional guidance with workouts and diets from the fitness experts here at the gym like Salman, Aziz, Yash, etc. For beginners who are starting out for the first time, learning exercises and exercise form becomes easy as trainers like Salman and Yash explain to you each exercise and how it functions in detail. Whether you are trying to lose body fat or build some serious muscle, or both, this is the place for you. I have been coming here since the last 7 months and I have lost body fat and gained muscle. I highly recommend this gym.
