I have been coming to High 5 for almost a couple of years now. They have highly trained coaches who take personal interest and motivate me to enhance my fitness journey and goals. I have done it all at High 5- strength training, physiotherapy, rehab and back to strength training .. a special shout out to my coaches - Priyanka Ma'am, Aastha Ma'am, Amreen Ma'am and DeenaMa'am so far.. they have all helped in elevating my fitness goals.. I'm a national golf player and I was suffering from chronic low back pain since past 8 months. I couldn't possibly find a better place than High 5 for Physiotherapy. I'm being treated by Physiotherapist Deena since 3 months. I'm currently pain free and my return to sport has been successful. I also want to thank my S&C coach Aparjeet. I really want to thank High5 Performance physiotherapy for the same.

Excellent gym !! Specially my daughter (9 years) is enjoying very much as they make their workout very interesting for kids. Well equipped , better hygiene. Trainers are also well qualified, focused and dedicated.

I have been an observer of all the amazing things High5 and Priyanka have been doing for many years. It was only recently when I joined the gym for morning sessions did I realize why everyone raves about it (my wife included). I was too much obsessed from this training studio as it's on my floor itself where my office belongs. I finally joined 3 months back and was being assigned to Amreen mam. This place made me connect with my self in every way. And Amreen mam added magic to my all sessions by pushing me and appreciating me to do it better day by day. Overall I love the vibe of the place Solomon sir, Apal sir, Pratik sir all are sooo good and humble.
