This is one of the biggest gym in Ahmedabad that has various amenities like boxing bag, steem room, kick boxing bag and many more. Moreover trainers here are very welcoming and coached individuals having goals like muscle gain, weight loss, fat loss and strength building. They successfully delivered results to many people and also provide basic guidance to new comers which includes teaching proper exercise form and technique. Not only they provide a comprehensive weekly exercise schedule respective to an individual's goals but also provide holistic dietary plan for accurately targeting protein intake and nutrients. So I would suggest to join this gym as there are various advantages like good training programs, a gym community and well researched guidance

The worst gym I have ever experienced. The equipment is poorly maintained, with many machines either broken or not working properly. Hygiene is a major issue--the washrooms are filthy, emit a horrible smell, and there is no proper cleaning or maintenance. The trainers are unprofessional, spending time idly and making inappropriate comments about female members and their appearances, which is absolutely unacceptable. They lack the expertise to guide members effectively and seem to need training themselves. The management is more focused on appearances than addressing critical issues like hygiene, equipment upkeep, and staff behavior. If I could give less than one star, I would.

Poor management A gym without trainers. Possibly it is cheapest but the manager & also 2-3 trainers focusing on PT. Also, equipments are taking enough care.

The gym is okay. The equipments are not well maintained.Trainers keep changing every month. Only 2-3 trainers handle 50+ members in the morning session. I need to write a review in English because they mostly play English music. I think they only understand the English language. It is very crowded in the morning and evening time.
