B Star Gym

My experience at B Star Gym was a masterclass in how not to run an expensive gym. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was as welcoming as a tax audit. The receptionist, who seemed to have perfected the art of passive-aggressive indifference, made it abundantly clear that my interest in joining was a mere inconvenience. Her attitude was a symphony of "I don't care," a performance that should win an award for sheer disdain. When I first asked for a tour, I was told to "do it on my own." It took a couple of requests to finally get a trainer who, to no one's surprise, was equally disinterested. The "tour" was a miserable, half-hearted walk-through of a cramped space. The gym isn't impressive; it's just a claustrophobic maze of equipment crammed together with no sense of flow or open space. After enduring the lackluster tour, I made the mistake of asking for pricing. I was met with the same cold, dismissive attitude. The message was loud and clear: "Pay up or get out." For a gym that charges a premium, you'd expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy. Instead, you get the vibe of a back-alley garage sale run by people who'd rather be anywhere else. Save your money and your dignity. Don't bother with this place. This gym is a prime example of an establishment that believes its location can compensate for its terrible service and unwelcoming culture.

ACs are not maintained properly. Electricity problems very frequently due to which gym remains closed for 2-3 days every time. Cardio equipments are in poor condition.

I usually don't leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. I trained with ( Vishal Goswami ) several sessions, and unfortunately, it was not a positive experience. The sessions felt disorganized and lacked any real structure or progression. I often felt like I was just being put through random exercises with no clear goal in mind. Communication was also an issue--messages were frequently ignored or answered late, and there was little to no follow-up or accountability. I didn't feel supported or motivated, which is something I'd expect from a personal trainer. While I understand that not every trainer is the right fit for every person, I would suggest that vishal goswami should work on professionalism, communication, and delivering more tailored and purposeful sessions. I have been trained under Vishal Goswami. He's a life changer. Seeing people baselessly comment on his professionalism and results aches my heart. I have something to say to that person. (For the person who didnt get results under Vishal Goswami's training): It's truly fascinating how two people can walk into the same room and come out with entirely different experiences. While I've trained extensively with Vishal Goswami and seen real, sustainable results -- both physically and mentally -- it seems you were expecting miracles with zero mindset shift. To call his sessions "random" is like calling a symphony noise -- perhaps you just didn't stay long enough to hear the pattern. Vishal is one of the few trainers who doesn't just count your reps but actually makes your reps count. His methods may not come gift-wrapped in generic cheerleading, but they are intentional, focused, and rooted in years of expertise. Also, communication works best when it's a two-way street -- not a complaint counter. That said, personal training is personal. Not every student connects with every teacher. But leaving a public review because a disciplined structure didn't match your flexible enthusiasm says more about expectations than execution. Wishing you luck in your future training journeys -- and hopefully, with someone who gives you exactly what you want, even if it's not what you need.

We have been to many gyms in Ahmedabad but B-star as its name say is the super star of all. The equipment here are just Awesome. Trainers have great knowledge Very nice staff We would surely recommend this place #boyswithgoldenspoonsapproved

Very disappointing experience. The cardio equipment is pathetic--poorly maintained and often malfunctioning. Leg extension and leg curl machines are practically useless, offering zero effectiveness. Wouldn't recommend this gym at all.

Love this gym, best equipment, clean, friendly staff! Highly recommend for all fitness levels. Vibes of this place is Just Awesome.
