7 Star GYM (A.M.C)

1 Star Extremely disappointed with my experience at 7 Star Gym (Jodhpur - Ahmedabad). The AC hasn't been working for weeks, creating a suffocating atmosphere while exercising - it's extremely uncomfortable, especially during peak hours. On top of that, water keeps dripping from the AC, making the floor wet and slippery, which is both annoying and dangerous. To make matters worse, many of the gym equipment are either malfunctioning or poorly maintained. It's frustrating when you're trying to follow a routine and can't rely on basic machines to function properly. Lastly, the attitude of the trainer staff is unprofessional and rude. Instead of helping or guiding members, they act disinterested and sometimes even behave arrogantly when approached. Definitely not worth the fees they're charging. The management seriously needs to take action before they start losing more customers. Not recommended at all until improvements are made.

The most horrible gym in maninagar. There is a great politics running by there employees and also to blame members for the most horrible reasons . Suggestion: Should not waste money for that gym . Instead to go to some sober and well maintained gym .

Gym is:- Clean Neat and hygienic Supportive staff But trainers are not supportive at all just 1 trainer is supportive not all trainers are supportive they just sit and talk

I've been a member of 7 Star Gym for 1.5yrs now, and it's been an excellent experience! The facility is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide variety of machines and free weights to cater to all fitness levels. The atmosphere is motivating, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate the range of group classes offered and how the gym keeps up with modern fitness trends. A special shoutout to Addishon Christian/Mitesh Parmar, who has been a game-changer in my fitness journey. They are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and always tailor workouts to my specific goals and needs. I highly recommend Addishon Christian/Mitesh Parmar to anyone looking for a skilled and dedicated trainer!

I am an active and regular 7 Star gym member for last 18 months . I am as young as 67 year old and to keep muscle strength and activity levels, the trainers especially Mr Addison give me best attention - always caring to see what a senior citizen like me need, and what I don't need . By His dedication, not only me but many of my co participants, transformed their health and agility . His total commitment is praiseworthy . . I can confidently recommend 7 star and the coach Mr Addison to anyone who need a perfect body and improved health .

I have started my training with Mr. Adishon at 7 Star Gym. He truly understands my problems and how to motivates me. I am surprised I would looking forward to each session left me with healing and pain relief state. All the staff members are humble and supportive here.
