Gym Lounge Diamond - New Ranip

The facility is never cleaned -- dirty floors, unmaintained equipment, and unhygienic locker rooms. It's clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. Most of the workout machines are either broken or barely working, and the steam bath is just as neglected. They don't even bother to turn on the air conditioning, making workouts extremely uncomfortable. When I tried to raise concerns, the staff were not only unhelpful but outright rude. For the price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Save your money and join a gym that actually cares about its members.

It was my 1st day at Gym so The gym has good machines, a knowledgeable trainer, and a decent crowd. However, they are not using the AC on the gym floor, which makes workouts uncomfortable may be AC was in maintenance.

"I've been working out at Gym Lounge New Ranip for over 5 years now. It used to attract a serious, disciplined fitness crowd--now it feels more like a hangout spot for people who think the gym belongs to them. Today I saw someone hogging a machine for ages, sitting on it like it was a park bench and chatting on the phone. When I asked if I could use it in the meantime, he threw unnecessary attitude. This kind of behavior is becoming too common lately. Honestly, the overall vibe and value of Gym Lounge is going downhill because of such disrespectful, self-entitled members. If management doesn't step in to maintain discipline, it'll lose what made it special in the first place. These days, if someone asks me about Gym Lounge's environment or crowd--I actually have to stop and think before recommending it. I genuinely miss how the gym used to be five years ago--there was a different kind of quality and respect in the atmosphere that just doesn't exist anymore.

Disappointing experience at this gym! Although the AC is functional, the management fails to switch it on or use it effectively, leaving the gym extremely hot. Even on the hottest days, the AC remains off or set to a low setting, providing no relief after intense workouts. This lack of consideration for members' comfort is unacceptable. Until they prioritize a comfortable environment, I wouldn't recommend this gym.

Initially I was supposed to give a 5 star rating. But because of their chip marketing strategy they made a good competition to the government gym. If you choose you have to wait for 10-15 minutes with 4 people already doing alternate for the machine or even for the dumbbells. More than exercise, sometimes it feels like a waste of time.
