Farhat yogasana studio (wellness with yoga)

I've been attending this studio for the past three months, and it offers a very calm and welcoming environment. Each session leaves my mind and body feeling refreshed and energized. Farhat provides excellent guidance and motivation throughout. I highly recommend practicing yoga here.

I joined Farhat Yogasana Studio a while ago, and it has been the best choice I've made thus far. The yoga room exudes a serene atmosphere that makes for an ideal yoga practice. Words cannot describe Farhat's excellence as a yoga instructor and as a person! She is calm and composed and gives excellent explanations of the yoga poses, their health advantages, and advice on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Joining Farhat Yogasana Studio has been a wonderful experience! I attend daily and have learned a lot in these 7 months of my journey. A heartfelt shoutout to my teacher, Farhat, who has truly transformed my yoga journey. Her patience, expertise, and unique teaching methods has really helped me. Within a span of few days I was able to achieve many challenging poses. Her guidance, encouragement, and innovative tips makes her the best teacher I could have asked for. My mind is calmer, thinking is clearer. I feel more connected with myself. My body feels flexible and strong, and was able to tone my body and lose 4kgs of excess body weight. Her session includes a blend of pranayama, meditation, relaxation and different forms of yoga. Her studio has a super Zen vibe, making it a perfect escape after a long day of work.

I been enjoying the yoga sessions with Farhat since a year. Her studio is designed to give one a calming ambience enhancing a positive mind and body connection. Farhat herself is exemplary as a yoga instructor and an individual.

I travelled from Melbourne and was staying in the South of Goa. I have practiced vinyasa before but Farhat's practice was a much more holistic practice. Her studio runs a traditional practice where she will explain the origins of the poses and the health benefits of each. I would highly recommend practicing here and would definitely go back to practice again. Do yourself a favour and go for a session. Thank you again Farhat. I have attended the equivalent of two months sessions and can't wait to resume after a short break. Farhat handles the sessions very well and makes it a point to adapt to every individual's ability and progressively increases the intensity to a point where one will be surprised by their own capacity! I would highly recommend joining Farhat's classes if one wants to start or resume their yoga journey

I was quite unfit when I started this class, and I was actually a little nervous. Farhat ma'am is so encouraging and takes attention to detail with each of her students, keeping in mind our fitness levels and individual problems. As a doctor I'm extremely impressed with how scientific her methods are and she's very accurate. I find myself getting stronger and the class is the best way to start my mornings. To anyone who reads this review go ahead with this class with no regrets! It'll be the best decision!
