DocYoga , hatha yoga by Dr.Suganya

I'm a retired Naval Officer, hence I understand the benefits of following a disciplined lifestyle and daily routine. I had been on the lookout for proper Yoga guidance near Vasco. I was aware of IshaYoga, and the benefits of Yoga as I had done the 'Inner Engineering' programme. I was on the lookout for a quality instructor, for systematic learning. As soon as I saw The 'Hatha Yoga' programme through Isha, I knew I had found the answer to my prayers. Dr Suganiya, took me through the steps patiently. Being a doctor she immediately understood the various limitations I had, because of medical issues. She instructed me, in the teaching system followed by IshaYoga. It is a well planned and structured method. Dr Suganiya followed the process and procedures diligently. It is because of her involvement, that I have understood the finer points in some of the asanas. I've been religiously undertaking daily Yoga practice at home, mindful of her high quality training. I have immediately benefited in other spheres of life. I am more relaxed, more focussed when I'm working. I can get jobs done faster as Yoga allows me to concentrate fully. (Before this I used to get easily distracted). My food intake, bathroom routine, sleep and overall health have noticeably improved. I would be directing my acquaintances for undergoing the Yoga being imparted by Dr Suganiya at Chicalim Sports Ground at timings that enable you.
