Hi I am Anshu Mishra. Last year I have joined with weight of 119 kg . Yes it was too much , I have joined many place and left bcz of several reason in last past 05 yrs. But here I found something different. Here I found GURU jee ( deepak sir), and I started working out with passion and spirit. Alot of changed you can see now. It become habit now. If I cheat some day it seems that really I am missing something. Superb frndly enviornment. all credit goes to Guru jee.

- The gym is very well maintained - The trainers are actually interested in their work - The cleanliness is also maintained - Machines and Instruments are good

One of the best gym i have experience so far environment is friendly whereas equipment are all available without trainer they still support us in every situation i would definitely recommend this gym

Love the facility, instructor enthusiasm and attitude towards keeping fit is an absolute plus for anyone who wants to kick start their workout. First time joining a training facility like Health Factory and I have to say, what an experience it has been! From the work outs, to the amazing trainer. The monthly fees are nominal, and the training provided is free of cost. Gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended!

No doubt this gym is really good, it as all the necessary equipment's, gym is neat and clean, and more importantly the owners who are well qualified to train and pay attention carefully on your daily workout and diet and also make sure we don't bunk gym :)

It has been only 3 weeks over there but I am simply loving the whole ambience. Management is good, they take personal care of each and every individual. Talking about the Gym facilities, it is very nice fully equipped with modern equipments and Deepak Sir(Owner/Trainer) and Natasha Ma'am(Owner/Trainer) are really friendly and generous. Proper training and diet chart is maintained by them.I am really loving the whole experience till now

Health Factory I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape and Fitness.Master Mr.Deepak is really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 1 Hour training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring

There are many Gyms in Porvorim, but there is something different here firstly The owners Sir DEEPAK and his wife Mame NATASHA are very good instructors. They take personal interest and teach the right way. Secondly they have an in depth knowledge of what they teach and also great knowledge of the diet. Their focus is well being of the student. The equipments are very good, well maintained and absolute cleanliness is maintained As for me I don't feel out of place because of this couples friendly nature. In other gyms the instructor for a female is a male but here a young girl or an elderly lady would not feel out of place or awkward as Mame NATASHA, Sir DEEPAK'S wife herself monitors and teaches them. Above all Disciple is maintained very well and the fees are very less compared to other Gyms I've seen in Porvorim The Quality of Equipment used and personal interest taken to train the youth and even elders is much appreciated. I wish them all the best and great success and may they have many branches throughout Goa. Hats off to them. And may God bless them.
