Hi I am Anshu Mishra. Last year I have joined with weight of 119 kg . Yes it was too much , I have joined many place and left bcz of several reason in last past 05 yrs. But here I found something different. Here I found GURU jee ( deepak sir), and I started working out with passion and spirit. Alot of changed you can see now. It become habit now. If I cheat some day it seems that really I am missing something. Superb frndly enviornment. all credit goes to Guru jee.

- The gym is very well maintained - The trainers are actually interested in their work - The cleanliness is also maintained - Machines and Instruments are good

One of the best gym i have experience so far environment is friendly whereas equipment are all available without trainer they still support us in every situation i would definitely recommend this gym

Love the facility, instructor enthusiasm and attitude towards keeping fit is an absolute plus for anyone who wants to kick start their workout. First time joining a training facility like Health Factory and I have to say, what an experience it has been! From the work outs, to the amazing trainer. The monthly fees are nominal, and the training provided is free of cost. Gym that feels more personal. Highly recommended!

No doubt this gym is really good, it as all the necessary equipment's, gym is neat and clean, and more importantly the owners who are well qualified to train and pay attention carefully on your daily workout and diet and also make sure we don't bunk gym :)
