Neelam's Yoga Classes

Neelima Ma'am teaches yoga & pranayam in a simple language, method, inhale & exhale practise makes us fit and healthy even at old age also. Everyone should start yoga , initially under her guidance and make a practice even at their own house in the early morning.

As completely new to yoga,Neelam mamm was incredibly positive welcoming and patient, taking the time to explain each pose clearly and flexible. The environment is calm, supportive, and non-judgmental, which really helped me feel comfortable. I appreciated how the class focused not just on physical movement but also on breathing and mindfulness. I feel more relaxed, grounded, and energized. Overall, I highly recommend this class to anyone starting their yoga journey. It was a great introduction and has definitely encouraged me to keep going!
