According to my experience Absolute Fitness Gym is the best gym in merces with clean and good environment. The best thing i liked about this gym is the trainer Akash and the owner maintains good relations and are very friendly with everyone.Even they give good advices regarding workouts and diets. The gym fees are very affordable. I suggest everyone should join the Absolute Fitness Gym.
Excellent Gym with excellent trainer(Niranjan) ,for others i am not sure. Friendly environment. I have joined 3 gyms after coming to Goa. Indeed Absolute Gym is the best. Helped me reduce my fat a lot in 3 months. Fees is also nominal and easily affordable. Latest equipments. Awesome guidance. Flexibility in hours. Joining this gym was my right decision.
