We went to zumba party invited from Sonia. Overall Sonia is a fantastic zumba teacher. The combination of great energy,clear teaching,care for students and motivating personality makes there classes fun,effective and something i look forward to regularly. I would highly recommend them to anyone beginners,regulars or someone looking for a fitness class that also feels joyful. Thank you Sonia

I came across Sonia when I was looking for a yoga teacher for my grandparents. I inquired a lot but nobody was willing to come for in-person session for them. Grateful to her for being kind and considerate. Grand parents found really enjoyed their session.

I have been taking yoga classes for last 4 months. I am a normal weight person yet my cholesterol levels were high. My cholesterol levels have come down drastically. It was 233 to begin with. Now it is 128. Just after 4 months and not much change in my diet. Would highly recommend everyone to have this as a part of your routine to ensure a fit life. They also have courses other than yoga which can be explored too. Thanks to Sonia our yoga instructor.

Sonia is an amazing yoga teacher. She allows you to go at your own pace and practices many different kinds of yoga. The yoga studio is quite peaceful, offers good views and you never hear any traffic noises due to its location. Sonia's yoga teachings have helped eliminate my upper/lower back pains and have also strengthened my calve muscles. I've gone for yoga at several locations in Goa and Golden Dragon by far is the best out of the whole lot.

I was here in goa for 8 days for my vacation and was lucky to find the amazing dragon yoga classes on my first day out. I had frozen shoulder, so thought of joining it. I met my yoga guru Sonia, such young and vibrant girl. I was so attracted by the positive energy flowing around her. On my first visit only she found out my blockages and stiffness. I worked out with her for my next few days. To my surprise, all the pain in my shoulder was gone,blockages gone and I was rejuvenated once again. All thanks to Sonia. She is such a perfect teacher and very professional. She works on full body ,mind and soul. Going to miss the physical classes but will try to stay in touch. Highly recommended for everyone in Goa.
