We came for my husband's sake to do some physiotherapy type exercises and doing in a group would also cheer him up. There was a double benefit, I would get to participate too.
Our yoga trainer, Sonia has been extremely professional. She has never taken her eye off my husband giving him exercises as per his capability and pushing him just as much as he could take. Sonia is versatile and enthusiastic in training the students as per their capability.
I truly recommend both the teacher as well as Golden Dragon school run by Guru Rajveer to all fitness enthusiasts.

It is really not easy to train a child of 4 years.
My child had interest in karate but was not ready to go for class but sonia mam was the one who told me NOT TO WORRY
