I joined this gym 3 months ago, and wow --what a journey! If you want to transform your body and recharge your mind , this place is for you. My friend and I started as total beginners --we had no clue what to do. But the trainers are super knowledgeable and always guide you, explaining every workout and its benefits. You're not just exercising--you're learning . The gym's energy is contagious ! The upbeat music keeps you pumped, and seeing so many focused and dedicated people around you just pushes you to give your best. It's also a very safe and secure place, especially for girls, which makes working out comfortable and worry-free . This experience has transformed us both mentally and physically--we feel amazing! We actually look forward to going every day and feel real regret if we ever miss a session . The vibe, the people, and the support make all the difference. Looking back, joining this gym was one of the best decisions . Sweat, smiles, and silly moments--this gym has it all!

This gym is a great place to work out. It's clean, has good equipment, and feels very welcoming. Kevin, the instructor, is awesome! He's kind, helpful, and really cares about helping you reach your goals. He makes workouts fun and easy to follow.

I've been training at this gym for a while now, and I'm really impressed with both the trainer and the equipment. The trainer ( Kevin ) is approachable, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. Whether you're a beginner or more experienced, they tailor the workouts to fit your level and keep you motivated.

Very poor management of this gym. The trainers are only interested in selling schemes and not bothered about clients. 24 hours open but no trainer available after 9.30 it's a joke. Why you open 24 x7 if no trainer on shift? Plus the music playing system is improper. Why members are allowed to play songs? It becomes headache for everyone. Atleast during working hours fix music must be there with proper gym music. The crowd there also is very cheap. Some guys keep interfering in women clients workout. Pls rectify all this as your price also is high for the quality provided.

Wonderful experience working out at the gym the interior is just amazingly asthetic, well no need to say much as you can join and see for yourself! Thank you powerflex
