Its been 1 month in my transformation journey from fat to fit and my experience at Fit & Health Centre Davorlin has been excellent. With Aqueeza Mam and Rafiq Sir expert guidance and Herbal Life nutrition plan, I successfully lost 6 kgs fat and gained 4 kgs muscle mass. Beyond the numbers, I feel stronger, lighter, healthier, confident. energetic, and more positive about my health. The atmosphere at the centre is very encouraging and the team is also very supportive and genuinely cares about your progress. Hii ' I am Yasmin Alikati. I have joined this fitness club for last 3month.. And it has been a great experience. My weight was 64.5 but in last 2 months I loss 5 kg almost that's amazing.. Before joining this club I have done a lots of excercise,walking and diet too but didn't loss anything but after joining this club I got lost of changes Even I had joint problem and many health issues but now it's all sorted out..
