Our experience was refreshing and calming, Vincent is very knowledgeable about yoga, we were beginners and he made the session very easy. He is accommodating as well took a session on Sunday morning, which was very helpful as we were only there for a few days, if you want to try something different in Goa yoga session by Vincent is a good activity.

I attended the morning and yoga and had a Sound healing therapy here. Me being new to yoga, Instructor Vincent made sure to explain the postures very well and the atmosphere was also very calm and serene. The Sound healing therapy was a 1:1 session which I'm so glad I went for, after this I was feeling so relaxed and recharged. It kinda felt like magic. Vincent also took the time to explain the process behind it. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing experience at Satya Yoga Goa! Vincent is an amazing person, with so much knowledge and skills. I felt completely comfortable, despite the man/woman difference. You can sense his calmth and pureness immediately. I had the rejuvenation spa therapy and I can't wait to experience something like that again. It was an mindfull and peacefull journey during but also after the massage and sound healing! The soundhealing was perfect to end with. It really makes this massage and experience therapeutic & complete. I really recommend to add this to your Goa trip. Thankyou so much again Vincent
