Worst experience ever in any gym would be they asking us to withdraw our membership saying that we two friends/couples can not workout/train together lol (imagine especially when having a medical condition related to scapula and cervical pain)and when my partner is a doctor) and they said it's in the policy,and when asked to prove it they couldn't so they took a Ego trip (manager Ravi & his Assistant ) and disrespectfully asked us to leave and join elsewhere. . Initially I was myself wishing to withdraw my membership within a week after seeing broken ceiling in the women's washroom,cockroaches in entire gym and worst at drinking water tank kept there in gym,broken windows and its glass pieces lying around on the dumbbells stand and benches,AC leakages out of 5 in 4 .Worst part is they were repairing AC during the noon hours while everyone was working out and kept all ACs off which instead they should have thoughtfully repaired in non working hours like other gyms or institutions do consciously to not disturb our exercise hours.Locker cards don't work and 90% broken.Toilet WC broken. During my 1st day in first time gym tour they gave me,the reception manager was sleeping in the steam room some lady named with M,imagine u getting a steam room tour with some staff sleeping in it lol

Sorry to say but the staff really needs to get trained in terms of how to speak to their clients. They freaking FAIL to behave and think that it's their personal gym. I absolutely love the space HOWEVER not just once but multiple times it has happened that they have misbehaved fearlessly and I had to put this forward so that it reaches out to the OWNER as well as future clients. KINDLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF DESPITE OF THEIR DESIGNATION AS WELL AS TENURE CZ THEY REPRESENT YOUR BRAND.

This gym is an absolute disgrace. Outdated, dilapidated machinery lies in shambles, while non-functional toilets reek of neglect. Shattered glass litters the premises, an omen of misfortune in itself. Lockers are defective, treadmills pose a serious hazard, and the so-called "staff" are anything but professional. To top it off, the so-called manager lacks even a shred of competence or education. A complete nightmare--avoid at all costs.

Gold's Gym Aurobindo Marg is a disaster. Machines are outdated and dangerous, cables torn, equipment rusting, ceilings leaking -- it's a safety risk, not a fitness center. Lockers are useless, mirrors broken, and even the treadmills feel like death traps. Worst of all, the staff is untrained, unprofessional, and couldn't care less about clients. Total shame on the Gold's Gym name.

The best Gold's gym in Delhi! They have recently made some significant upgrades, including a refresh to the facilities, new equipment, and a refurbished steam bath. Super hot now! Don't forget to get an awesome protein smoothie while you are there, the chap makes the best.

Great gym with adequate facilities, machines and a clean, well-maintained space. The equipment is modern, it doesn't feel crowded, and my trainer, Nafeez sir is incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. He especially helped me with rehab for my dislocated knee and helped me devise workout plans to strengthen the affected area as well. The valet parking is an added bonus. Would recommend.

Great gym with valet parking, making it super convenient. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, and the space never feels too crowded. Staff and trainers are friendly, professional, and always helpful. Clean, wifi, well-organized, and ideal for both regulars and newcomers. One of the best gyms in South Delhi!
