No maintenance at all. This gym was good when it was running individually back in 2019 and 2020. After collaborating with Cult it has become very low standard. There is no cleanliness and zero maintenance. Many machines don't work properly and are very old. Cult charges hefty amounts for their gym but is least bothered about the machines, equipments maintenance and cleanliness. I had rates this gym 5 star earlier now it's not even worth 1 star. Really disappointed with CULT.

Absolutely horrible gym. No maintenance, half of the machines are either not working or broken. Gym trainers are least both About it. Receptionist is watching reels. Unhygienic, smelly washrooms and the list goes on!!! This gym should not get cult passes. Yuckk!

Horrible machines. The machines are so bad that it can lead to injuries while working out. Please avoid this gym at all cost. Pay more for your safety. It was once one of the best gyms. Now it's the worst.

"I joined this gym last year in February but couldn't complete my membership due to illness and frequent doctor visits. I didn't request a pause at that time. In September, I purchased another membership but, due to medical reasons, could only attend for about a week. I informed the manager about my condition, and he acknowledged it without asking for any medical proof. Now, after rejoining in February, he claims my membership has expired. When I requested at least half of my membership back, his response was rude, saying, 'Agar owner hota toh ghusne bhi nahi deta.'
On top of that, he is now asking why I didn't show my medical history earlier--how was I supposed to know to provide it when he never asked before? Today, I even offered to show my medical history, but he dismissed it, saying it was too late for that. I mean, what kind of response is that? It's not like I was lying about my health issues. If someone is dealing with a medical condition, they should be met with understanding, not indifference. People should learn to consider others' problems instead of being so dismissive.
I expected better professionalism and customer service from this gym, but this experience has been nothing but disappointing.
