Have had the best time working out at fitness first in Saket. Trainers are patient and warm with their expertise. Have been working with Mr.Sadan a trainer at the gym - he has been very involved with my fitness journey - helping me through my weak and strong points and sharing his bits in helping me through my recent shoulder injury. My experience after more than 18 months of working out at this facility is 5/5.

I have been very fortunate to have Harpreet Sir as my trainer. In just a few months, he has helped me achieve muscle gains and improve my posture in ways I had not managed for over two years. He constantly reminds me to focus on my breathing and ensures I perform every exercise with the correct form.
What makes Harpreet Sir stand out is not only his expertise but also his dedication. His dedication is inspiring, he is always the first one at the gym and consistently motivates his clients to push beyond their limits, and knows exactly when to advise rest versus when to push harder. His training plans are structured, effective, and personalized -- keeping us focused and resilient.
For me, Harpreet Sir has become more than just a trainer. He has become a mentor and a friend. I genuinely enjoy coming to the gym every day, meeting him, and starting my day on a positive note. His presence makes the whole day go well. He has given me valuable advice, kept me motivated, and helped me grow both physically and mentally.
It has truly been a blessing to train under Harpreet Sir. I feel stronger and more focused because of his guidance.

Very negative place to work out. Over crowded. Very rude and arrogant people use gym. People using weights make Very loud noises dropping weights. Place is badly kept. Machines are getting old.

Plenty of space even during peak hours
Karunakar Sir helped me to transform from 90 to 80 kgs focusing on muscle growth and even I have lower back issue nd cervical pain after 10 sessions i fell 80% relief my problems thay have good experience as A senior trainer, he helping me make diet plans for recomp and cut etc...the pricing is fair enough for the quality offered.

A review after 36 months of membership NO/Yes - Only if you have new found wealth to splurge or a lot of unaccounted wealth a 10 point feedback:
1. The gym has no as in a lot of jacked up trainers but only for Personal training, if you choke to death the dudes won't budge an inch - so take care of your own safety.
2. Machines are Old now hence mostly showing signs of aging
3. When you want to Buy a membership don't sit down and discuss ask them to give a clear price on the go, the sales techniques are dubious.
4. If you can afford PT - the trainers are good
5. Washrooms are good
6. Group Classes are great
7. Coffee is free
8. Reception is sweet and kind but unresponsive hence be ready to write emails to management
