Very nice gym and in best locality of connaught place which is very close to the metro station. Gym has nice ambience and state of the art machinery. I would totally recommend this gym to everyone.

Very poor amenities. Gym equipments are old and second hand, matting is all gone. It has become like a tier III b grade gym. Day by day quality detonating. Staff is good but not very cooperative. The new management is making a mess of it. Floor trainers aren't paid well and are in constant hunt of PT which makes them unresponsive on floor. No workout support from floor trainers. The only premium thing in gym is entry gate which Is restricted rest all is very ordinary. No steam souna or proper shower bathroom

Great gym. Good services and easy to go staff. Training under rishabh since last 8 months, he is one of the most professional fitness instructor in the gym. Having a great time at this wonderful gym.
