I am a fitness enthusiast and the trainer of the gym has best knowledge and experience to guide us. I have been to different gyms and seen trainers selling only supplements and PT.
Amit (trainer) doesn't focus on those things rather he educates people on what exercises are for what functional activity. You have to layout your goals and he will design your program accordingly.
I started seeing results really quick following his guidelines.
