Vivek, owner and master trainer at the gym helped me strengthen quads - My knee pain has vanished- I can walk faster, I infact caught a flight which I had almost missed - as I could run to the boarding gate... calling out to all 40 plus women to come and start strength training - you will definitely not going to go through a knee surgery... At fit factory Fitness is the mantra.... Last but not the least- you will be a happier person- it's safe and the members are so gentle and friendly

Been working out here for almost 2 months now. Trainers are very helpful and will guide you throughout. As a newbie i'm enjoying and learning a lot! Would highly recommend this gym!

Good place to workout , Gym Owner lives in the building as well so it is well maintained as he uses it as his own personal gym too.

This is where I train and it's what comes to my mind when I think of a perfect gym for anyone. Nobody goes on to becoming an athlete in a single day... and that's how we begin here. Friendly environment, best of equipments and amazing trainers blended into a single space-- something you wouldn't find elsewhere in Green Park (and mostly nearby). The journey from cardio to heavy weights is made smooth, slowly and practically. I haven't felt any better about my fitness earlier and I am sure many more will agree too!
