In the first 3 months of joining the gym, I have seen phenomenal muscle gain. I would recommend this place to everyone who is serious about some real muscle gains. The trainers are really patient with you and always set the bench mark based on the capability of your body.
They have a separate area for cardio and weight training. All the equipments are world class. They pay a lot of attention to the cleanliness and hygiene. Great Place!!!
