I have Competeted in Delhi open benchpress championship which held in asisfitness private gym .It was an amazing experience in asisfitness private gym and the owner is very humble guy . He has a lots of bodybuilding experience. Nice physique Gym equipment are very amazing , they have alll the olympic weight , fully ac , I think you have to go for it ..

So it's an amazing Gym. Amitesh is really such a nice coach and also a nice person he has a great knowledge about fitness from regular to beginner anyone can go in his gym as he will provide you the workout plan accordingly. About the gym it's really nice it contains all types of equipments and if any beginner want to join Gym which contains every equipment then I will definitely recommend Amitesh's gym.
