A very decent gym to workout, I've been working out for more than 10 years but this gym is the best fit for me till now, The trainer is a nice coach and provides daily guidance for workout if you are a beginner..recently they have renovated the gym with new high quality machines. It's in very great location with easy accessibility where we can find many options of pre and post workout diet easily.Go for it if you're residing nearby. Pros - 1. Dumbles, and machines for almost every body part. 2. Convinient timings 3. Affordable fees 4. Huge gym and cardio area. 5.Parking facility 6. Heavy weight lifting facility with extra weights. Cons - 1. Crowded in peak timings

The gym is divided into 2 floor ie first floor for CARDIO which has 2 very small AC's And other one is basement for weight lifting which only has 1 small AC which is not turned on regularly Machines are not very fancy but they work okay There are 2 trainers available one for each floor respectively , they are good Overall it is OKAY OKAY gym not too good
