Its been a more then a month since I joined the yoga class..the changes i see in my body are the undefined. I feel more connected with people and most importantly myself. My body feels energetic, flexible and most importantly my PCOS got controlled. Undoubtedly followed mam's instructions,she explained benefits of each yoga pose and it got worked to hundred different ways in my body .Would highly recommend to join Mam's classes to see the yourself more confident, energetic and most importantly fit.
