I've been here for only 2 month but those were the best day I guess. Really missing a lot. I can remember those helping n supportive nature of Abhishek bhaiya & Aadi bhaiya. They were not my personal trainer but taught me each n every exercise wid correct form. Rest, gym is equipped with all the machine that you needed except punching bag .
(note I left the gym cz of some personal issues)....

I am a beginner for any GYM. My age is 59 1/2 years. It was my first month of practice / training.
I have been well guided by the trainers. Instruments / Appliances are brand new and sufficient. The ambience , music system , air-conditioning and staff are awesome.
The fee is comparatively lower compared to the peer fitness centre. Moreover no cross selling of any product and no hidden cost. The fitness centre is Unisex , hence found quite comfortable for ladies too. Specially the atmosphere is attractive for young ones.
