I recently joined Spark Fitness, and I must say it has been a wonderful experience so far. The gym is well-equipped, clean, and has a very motivating atmosphere. A special mention to my trainer Asutosh Sir, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and supportive. He takes time to understand my fitness goals, designs effective workout plans, and constantly motivates me to push my limits while maintaining proper form and safety.
