After giving birth, I struggled with postpartum depression, identity crisis, and health issues like fatigue. However, with the help of AIMS Ranbhyasha, I've been able to transform my body and regain my confidence. A Journey of Self-Discovery My journey with AIMS Ranbhyasha has been one of self-discovery and growth. From weighing 65kg to achieving a healthy weight of 58kg, I've not only transformed my body but also my mindset. The Gym is closed on Sunday but it has showed me open.

Aim Ranabhasya is the place were I feel relax, motivated and of course get to learn alot of fitness exercises. Aim is helping me to look slim and beautiful. So I'm loveing being part of Aim's family. A big thanks to Ajay Sir and his team who guide us so well.

It's really a pleasant experience and I have leaned a lot. The atmosphere was warm. Teacher were extremely knowledgeable and were able to pass their knowledge. Thankyou sir.
