My brother used to go there for workout. Timings 7 AM : 12 AM & 5 PM - 10 PM SUNDAY CLOSED !! The facilities include: Air Conditioner, Cross trainers , treadmill , dumbbells and all other workout equipments . Aerobics exercises also take place here. Has certified trainers . Can make diet charts for the interested people . Small tokens of appreciation for the people who achieve their gym goals (like losing a specific amount of weight in a month or 3 )

Equipped with latest body building and weight loss machines.. It is one of the best Gym in the city It helps me reduce my body weight and strengthen muscles just in 4 months. It is unisex gym and both cardiovascular and strengthen workouts available... Timing 6am to 11 am and 5pm to 10 pm Sunday close.

Reasonable fees,friendly atmosphere, availability of proper number of workout machines, good trainers. Anyone who lives near torwa, rajkishore Nagar, Railway area, Hemu Nagar etc ...this is the best option for gyming

Good place with all the needs . Trainers are helpful, parking is available, Medical facilities available, the owner is also helpful and of kind nature, changing rooms, lockers, washrooms everything is available.
