Gold's Gym Rajendranagar stands out as one of the best-equipped fitness centers in the area. The gym offers a spacious, clean environment with a wide range of modern machines, free weights, cardio equipment, and functional training zones. The ambiance is motivating, with energetic music and good lighting that keeps you focused on your workout.

I took an annual membership here and in the end, i was just stuck here. Being a student, i wasnt able to shift to other gym as i already paid a decent gym fees here. Pros 1.Good equipment brand. Precor machines are nice. 2.Hygeine is maintained. Cons 1.Unprofessional trainers. (Womaniser's, Lazy nd egoistic) 2.Only Basic Equipment's that's less than most of the local gyms. 3.Limited use of cardio workout equipments. Only 15 minutes each. 4.Absolutely no training vibe on the floor. Dull environment. 5. Only the PT clients are well treated and entertained. Neither trainer's nor management tell them anything when it comes to discipline on the floor . These clients do whatever they feel like under the patronage from trainers. Trainer's behaviour towards general client is very rude when they are assisting the PT clients. They also ensure that the general client vacate the equipments at priority for PT clients. 6. No floor trainers on the floor for general clients. Not a very good workout environment overall. Overpriced as well. People ( Management) here tries to sell it like it's the most premium gym in the universe but in reality this fails to even match the standards of a good neighbourhood gym. Better local gym's are available nearby. Would not recommend to anyone.

The gym is cramped, with barely any space to move around. You're restricted to just 15 minutes per day on any machine, making workouts frustrating and ineffective. There aren't enough machines to begin with, so expect long waits. The trainers are indifferent and won't help unless you're paying extra for personal training. If you're serious about fitness, this place is a complete waste of time. Definitely not for gym bros. PFA

Number of Treadmill 10, cycle 6, cross trainer 4 are available. They are still in good condition after years of use. Half area is filled with machines for cardio exercises and the other half has machines for body weight training. Trainers are very helpful. Only problem is whenever a machine fails it takes few days and sometimes 1-2 weeks to repair. The gym also has steam room and massage services available. Yoga sessions are also conducted regularly. The yearly joing fee is around 21 to 22k and renewal is 16k. A good place to join. Highly recommended.
